1. 2. Mold structure: The two-color mold usually contains two sets of plasticizing injection devices with the same structure and specifications, and the nozzle needs to have a special structure or can be rotated.
3. Material selection: raw materials with good thermal stability and low melt viscosity should be selected to avoid decomposition due to high melt temperature and long residence time in the flow channel.
4. Process parameters: When injection molding plastic products, higher melt temperature, higher mold temperature, higher injection pressure and injection rate should be used.
5. Mold accuracy: the guide column guide sleeve of the mold embryo must be symmetrical up and down, and the front and back molds must be symmetrical to ensure that the back mold can be matched with the front mold after rotating 180 degrees.
